Hear from Sam, our Head of the Client Experience Team...

It’s been a while since my last blog so thought this would be a good opportunity to update you on my journey since being here.

I started at TFP in November 2021 as a Technical Administrator, back then the Client Service Team was primarily just me and Curtis with Connor making the transition to Paraplanner.

By March 2022 I became Manager of our little team (of just me and Curtis) with Iain then joining in May and Lauren in October.

It has been amazing to see the progress we have made and how much has changed since the beginning of 2022. When I say we are non-stop, it is no exaggeration. On a weekly basis we are trying new things, new ways of working. Constantly looking to improve our service and make the journey smoother for us internally and our clients.

We have created a new website, new documents, a new app and portal, redesigned our onboarding process, Dan has started his podcast and so much more.. it’s no mean feat. But we are all on the same page about the business growing and being involved in that success and that’s such a fun thing to be a part of.

There are now 8 of us here in total and it really is a great team, we are constantly encouraged to learn, grow and put our ideas forward. I am excited to see where we will be in the next year and what is to come!

In other news we are climbing Ben Nevis in around 2 and a half weeks! I am a bit apprehensive about it, but I know once I’ve done it, it will be an amazing achievement and I’m looking forward experiencing it with the team!
